Android 4.4.3 KitKat for Moto E

Want to upgrade your Moto E to latest Android 4.4.3 KitKat update? Motorola released Android 4.4.3 KitKat update for Moto E, Moto G and Moto X, soon after the Google released it for Nexus devices.

Steve Horowitz, SVP, Software Engineering, Motorola said, "We are excited to announce some icing on top of the, well, KitKat. Starting today [Tuesday], we are rolling out Android 4.4.3, KitKat, which was just released by Google."
You are excited to experience the latest Android 4.4.3 update on Motorola device than here are some steps to upgrade your device to Android 4.4.3.

How to upgrade Moto E to Android 4.4.3 KitKat:

  1. First charge your phone fully and connect to the strong Wi-Fi network for successful installation.   
  2. If you've received a notification message for this update than select Download. 
  3. After the software is downloaded, select "Install now". 
  4. After the software is installed, your phone will restart and updated with latest Android 4.4.3 KitKat.
Above steps for those who have received notification message, Incase you have not received this message then follow this steps to update manually. 

  1. Select setting icon in app menu of your Moto E and select "About phone".
  2. Now select "About phone">"System updates"
  3. If update is available than Download and Install
  4. After the software is installed, your phone will restart and updated with latest Android 4.4.3 KitKat.
