As expected, Microsoft announced Windows Phone 8.1 with Cortana, Swype-like keyboard and many more features, at Build's conference in San Francisco. Along with the new digital assistant, Windows Phone 8.1 brings a lots of improvements to the lock screen, phone setting and new Action center for customizing notifications.

Nokia Lumia 630, 635 and 930 announced by Nokia, will be the first new smartphone with Windows Phone 8.1, while existing Windows Phone 8 users soon get the new Windows Phone 8.1 experience and new-phones come with pre-installation.
