One of the my best friend asked me, what's the best free online tool for self-learning SQL??
There's a giant market popping up for this kind of things but for a newer, it's difficult to identify which resources are best to learn SQL easily. So I felt it would be best to gather up some resources that would help him(my friend) running in the right direction.
