Project Ara, Google's initiative to create a fully modular smartphone. Project ara aims to break your smartphone into various parts - camera, processor, storage etc. - and lets you purchase purchase them separately to keep their device updated with latest technology.
To show project Ara's progress, Google has released a new video revealing some interesting details about what could be the future of smartphones. Along with this Google also planned three conferences in 2014 for Ara Developers, first conference will be held on April 15-16, and they will release Ara Module Developers Kit(MDK) in the conference.
